1. The service
BedrockGo lets Minecraft Bedrock Edition players reach multiplayer servers by adding our Xbox bot accounts as friends, joining them, and choosing a server in the BedrockGo Hub. These terms cover the bots, the hub and bedrockgo.com. Featured server placements for server owners are covered by a separate agreement.
2. Accepting these terms
By adding a BedrockGo bot or using the hub you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. We may update them; we'll change the date above, and continuing to use BedrockGo after that means you accept the new version.
3. What you need
- A Microsoft account with Xbox Live that is allowed to add friends and join multiplayer games (including any parental settings).
- Minecraft Bedrock Edition on a supported device.
- To follow Microsoft's and Minecraft's own terms and community standards while using BedrockGo.
4. Fair use
Please don't:
- disrupt, overload or attack the bots, the hub or our servers;
- use automated tools to mass-add, message or join the bots;
- pretend to be BedrockGo or one of our bots;
- try to access systems or data you aren't meant to;
- use the service for anything illegal.
5. Friend spaces and expiry
Xbox limits how many friends each bot can have. To keep spaces free for new players, a bot removes friends who haven't played through it for 15 days. You can add a bot again at any time if it has space.
6. Availability
BedrockGo is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it running but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. Microsoft or Minecraft changes can stop it working for a while, and we may pause it for maintenance without notice.
7. Other people's servers
We connect you to servers run by other people. We don't control and aren't responsible for their content, rules, moderation or how they handle your data; their own terms apply. Featured servers are paid placements; we check them before listing, but featuring a server isn't an endorsement of everything on it.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using BedrockGo, including lost progress or items on third-party servers or action Microsoft takes on your account. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
9. Suspension
We may remove you from a bot's friends, or stop you using BedrockGo, if you break these terms or misuse the service.
10. Trademarks
Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Synergies AB. Xbox and Xbox Live are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation. BedrockGo is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Mojang Studios, Xbox Game Studios or Microsoft.
